Brett Tryder

Head Coach

Brett is in his first year as Premier's head coach, after serving as the first head coach of Dynamo's NCDC team during the 2025-26 season.

Tryder began as an assistant coach at Plymouth State College in 2001-02, became head coach two seasons later, and led the program through the 2009-10 campaign before an additional year as assistant coach. He then coached the American Hockey Institute 18U AAA team from 2011 to 2015 while also working with the New England Wolves in the EHL, took the helm of the Connecticut Nighthawks, a Premier team, for two seasons, and rejoined the EHL in 2019 as GM/head coach of the Seacoast Spartans, a post he held until joining Dynamo's NCDC team.

A Melrose, MA native, Tryder played at his local high school before suiting up at Salem State and Fitchburg State Universities. In the 15 years since he joined junior hockey, 180 of his players have gone on to college programs.

Dustin Plumadore

Assistant Coach

Dustin is in his second season as an assistant coach for Premier, bringing a strong playing and coaching background in net and a passion for developing young men on and off the ice. He previously spent six years as an assistant coach for Plattsburgh High School varsity hockey.

The Plattsburgh native played five years of high school hockey, reaching the semifinals as a junior and the state championship game as a senior, and set the Section 7 shutouts record along the way. He remains a New York State top-10 all-time leader in shutouts as a goaltender.

Tristan Archambault

Skills Coach & Head of Social Media

Tristan was the inaugural head coach of last year's Premier team. The Peru, NY product brings a passion for bringing joy and fun back to the game of hockey.

He played junior hockey for the New York Aviators Premier team in 2017-18, then two seasons at SUNY Morrisville from 2018 to 2020. He went on to play professionally in Finland with Muik Hockey (2021-22) and the Nivala Cowboys (2022-24), and a year in Spain with Txuri Urdin (2022-23).
